PROJECT SUMMARY
Progress South Central provided funding to develop a new training programme for the mentors of the Health Care Assistants to ensure that they have the required knowledge and skills to mentor those on the Access to Higher Education. A short course has been validated entitled "Workplace Mentoring to Support Health Care Assistant Learning and Development."
