PROJECT SUMMARY
The University of Surrey reviewed health and social care Continuing Professional Development provision to ensure it meets employer needs and takes account of recent changes for service delivery. This was achieved by the development of a comprehensive CPD portfolio which meets the needs of both health and social care to encourage shared learning and development, and the establishment of formal partnership-working between the University of Surrey and Surrey County Council.
