www.creativeportal.co.uk
March 2011 saw the launch of www.creativeportal.co.uk, an exciting new web resource for the creative industries. It was developed in response to research carried out by the University for the Creative Arts (UCA). The Portal directs users to websites offering up-to-date information, advice and guidance as well the personal stories of practitioners.
The new web resource has been publicised to schools, colleges and universities both in the local region and beyond and, in the few weeks since its launch, has already attracted over 500 visits. The Portal will maintained and updated regularly beyond the life of Progress South Central until 2013.
